The Parliamentary Secretary for Health, Mark Butler, today announced the members of an independent expert panel to undertake a comprehensive examination of food labelling law and policy. They will join former health minister Dr Neal Blewett AC whom the Australia and New Zealand Food Regulation Ministerial Council appointed on 23 October as the Chairman for the review. 'This exceptional group of prominent people brings together a wealth of expertise in public policy, public health, economics, law, consumer behaviour and business,' Mr Butler said.
