- Summary
The Bill amends the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (the Act) to: broaden the application of the Higher Education Loan Program (HELP) category for Vocational Education and Training students called VET FEE-HELP; and provide that officers of Tertiary Admission Centres (TACs) have the same status and duty of care as those of higher education providers in relation to processing student information.
