MUSIC and entertainment giant Live Nation is expected to shortly announce the sale of most of its theatres – including Manchester’s Palace and Opera House venues – in a £90m-plus deal. Ambassador Theatre Group, whose portfolio includes West End landmarks the Piccadilly and Duke of York’s, is reportedly close to tying up a swoop for most of Live Nation’s 17 sites across the country.
